Shipping policy

Dispatch The Angeline Archives subscription mail is dispatched once per month. Your mail will be sent out at the beginning of each month.

Delivery We ship within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days after dispatch. We also ship for free Worldwide! Estimated Worldwide delivery time is 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Delivery costs Shipping costs are free Worldwide.

Tracking A tracking number may be provided. You will be notified by email once your mail has been dispatched.

Delays Whilst I do my best to dispatch on time, delays may occasionally occur due to Royal Mail or other circumstances outside my control. If your mail has not arrived within 10 working days of your expected dispatch date, please contact me at contact@theangelinearchives.co.uk.

Lost or damaged post If your mail arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
