Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the curated and personal nature of The Angeline Archives subscription, we are unable to accept returns on opened mail.

Damaged or lost orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at contact@theangelinearchives.co.uk. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Unopened items If you wish to return an unopened letter, you may do so within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Subscription cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle — any mail already dispatched prior to cancellation is non-refundable.
